Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Account Manager to enhance the team. The ideal candidate is experienced with building and managing B2B client relationships, understands digital marketing concepts, and possesses strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management:
    • Act as the primary point of contact, cultivating strong, long-term relationships
    • Understand client needs and expectations to ensure satisfaction
  • Requirements Gathering:
    • Engage with clients to comprehend their marketing goals
  • Brand Integrity:
    • Oversee the quality of marketing materials, ensuring alignment with the client's brand standards
  • Project Management:
    • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives
    • Approve final deliverables in collaboration with the client
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Deliver comprehensive reports on performance, providing insights and recommendations for future strategies
  • Client Guidance:
    • Act as a guide throughout the client's journey with the agency, ensuring a seamless and positive experience

Key Competencies:

  • Proven experience in account management, preferably in e-commerce or digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and e-commerce trends
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects involving other team members and contractors simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
  • Proficiency in CRM software and familiarity with digital marketing tools
  • Strong command of spoken and written English

Desired Qualifications:

  • Marketing experience is highly desirable
  • Background in project management
  • Previous experience in sales or marketing roles is also considered
