Our answer to this question is our newly formed Innovation + Creative Hubs; 11 strategically located hubs around the global network to support our client leaders, sector experts and specialist teams by providing the new types of strategic and communication services for our clients.
We are currently looking for an Art Director (all genders) for our I+C Hub in Berlin.
Specifically, these tasks are waiting for you:
• Close collaboration with our Creative Director
• Development of creative platforms, concepts and creative ideas that are both achievable and attention-worthy
• Helping to further raise our creative standards
• Development and maintenance of the CI
• Creating artworks, layouts and template designs
• Striking Design skills, motion Design, and photo editing
We are looking for:
• Someone who owns a clear understanding of the power of gained reach and the interest to create innovative ideas with the ambition to genuinely advance creativity in our sector
• Even if you haven’t worked in PR before you’ll need a nose for state-of-the-art ideas that travel beyond channels
• Ideally, you have at least 4 years of relevant experience in the field (preferably in an agency or design firm)
• You have outstanding art direction credentials and portfolio
• A curious personality who remains up to date with new trends, techniques and styles
• You are not afraid to use all available resources to step out of your comfort zone and take ownership of deliverables and initiatives with acute attention to craft and detail
• You like to go above and beyond to push what’s possible
• You are confident and energetic and have a proactive and positive attitude & the ability to work under tight timelines
• You have excellent skills in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere and After Effects)
• Excellent oral and written English skills
