Thereby we live an agile way of working (according to SCRUM). ■ You implement and use various development, testing and automation tools (Jira, GitLab, Ansible, Python, Docker) and operate the infrastructure of the cloud management tool in various cloud environments. ■ You strive for continuous improvement together with the team, build and operate a pipeline for continuous integration and constant delivery (CI/CD pipeline) of new releases of the cloud management tool. ■ You identify and encourage the implementation (via Ansible, Bash, Python) of automated processes wherever possible with the aim of developing consistent and sustainable solutions. ■ You manage various stakeholders and external interfaces as part of your job, and you are also responsible for incident management and root cause analysis. ■ You will support technical projects to introduce new technologies, evaluate and document concepts, and ensure that company policies and standards are always adhered to. Convince us with your potential! ■ An university degree (e.g. computer science) or a completed vocational training (e.g. IT specialist) with professional experience form the basis of your qualification. ■ "Infrastructure as Code" and "Cloud Computing" are a passion for you. ■ You have programming knowledge and have the technical skills to contribute to the team developed software code (e.g. Ansible, Python, Java). ■ Ideally, you have experience in the IT infrastructure environment and knowledge of virtualization technologies and hyperscalers. ■ You have very good written and spoken English skills. ■ A proactive, analytical, and independent work approach is familiar to you as well as the ability to work well in a team. ■ You have strong communication skills and are very customer service orientated.
