We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Consultant (m/f/d) in Cyber Crisis Management to join our Cyber Insurance & Crisis Management team and support us on a broad range of risk management projects of different scope and complexity, meant to help us create secure, compliant and resilient environments for the members of the Allianz Group and their customers. Key Responsibilities Support the client in the areas of cyber risk awareness and crisis resilience, and help them to be prepared for any disruptive scenarios that could affect business continuity or the emergency and crisis management measures in place Support the adoption and use of emerging technologies, tools and methodologies that will help our clients review, design, and implement better solutions to their cyber crisis management needs Assist our clients in identifying, evaluating, prioritizing, mitigating, and monitoring critical IT security risks that could affect business continuity Conduct relevant research, analyze data, and create reports to present technical results and recommendations Leverage statistics and modelling to analyze customer needs and identify risks Interact with all levels of the client’s organization in an effort to raise awareness around cyber risk issues Participate in team problem solving efforts and contribute to ideas for potential solutions Facilitate trainings and workshops to help our clients respond with confidence to any disruptive scenario and support in building up consistent and scalable processes and procedures to increase business resilience Key Requirements/Skills/Experience Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, such as Cyber Security/ Business Administration/ Risk Management/ Economics/ Political Sciences/ Engineering/ Business Information Systems or any related field Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in two or more of the following areas: Risk Management, Security Awareness, Data Protection, Business Continuity Management, Emergency Management, or Crisis Management Advanced proficiency in both written and spoken German and English comparable to CEFR level C1 or higher (given our diverse and international projects, additional languages are always a plus) Willingness to travel extensively nationally and internationally to fulfill the needs of the projects Excellent organizational and prioritization skills to meet deadlines and work objectives Familiarity with communication and presentation tools (advanced knowledge and experience in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio) with an eye for details and an interest in continuous learning and researching Experience in Project Management, ideally in an agile environment Excellent communication and presentation skills, that will help our messages reach a diverse and wide audience Growth mindset and interest in actively expanding your consulting skills as well as professional expertise and proficiency in new technical tools Demonstrated ability to obtain and maintain security clearance if required
