Your job:
• As a Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d), you take care of our customers’ and sales partners’ needs in all matters relating to e.g. life insurance.
• You revise insurance applications and deal with all issues regarding complaints and all other requests.
• You answer the written and telephone requests of our customers and sales partners.
Your skills:
• You have work experience in insurance / finance industry or a comparable professional background (e.g. university degree economics).
• You are reliable and work in structured way.
• You have strong communication skills and enjoy working with people.
• Fluent English
• You are convincing with your friendly and customer-oriented manner even in stressful situations.
