Rigorous digitalization of business processes is a key strategic cornerstone of the LBBW Group. By switching from largely manual and paper-based procedures to electronic workflows, we aim to reduce process costs significantly while achieving a tangible improvement in service quality for customers. To this end, we are looking for colleagues who will enjoy being part of an interdisciplinary team that looks after the document management system (DMS) “Doxis4” recently introduced in the Group, and helping the specialist departments within the Group to leverage the available potential.
Some of the tasks we will entrust to you:
- Involvement in enhancing the DMS
- Implementing processes from the initial idea and concept development to the acceptance test
- Helping the divisions of LBBW to identify potential by using the DMS
- Implementing the identified process optimization measures in an interdisciplinary team
- Modeling and administration in the relevant systems, such as creating simple scripts in Visual Basic
- Assisting DMS users in the event of problems in everyday operation

-A degree in business administration, technical business administration, economics, software engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
- Prior professional experience is desirable; direct entry for graduates with other relevant experience is also possible
- Prior experience/knowledge of programming is useful, but not essential
- A high level of familiarity with technology and processes, and a solution-oriented approach
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking
- Good command of English as well as good communication skills, confident and engaging manner
- The ability to work independently, systematically, and responsibly
- Team spirit as well as interest in new and changing topics
