Installation technician (Ukraine)

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Installation Technician to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, testing and maintenance of IoT sensor products on our customers' forms throughout Ukraine.

Duties:

• IoT sensor installation: Conducting the installation of IoT sensor products on defined forms, ensuring proper placement and connectivity.
• Installation of terminals and routers: Configuring terminals and routers to ensure seamless communication between IoT sensors and central systems.
• Mounting Brackets: Mount the brackets securely to ensure stable and efficient placement of IoT sensors.
• Testing: Thorough testing of installed IoT sensor products and related equipment to verify their functionality and performance.
• Documentation: Creation of detailed documentation of the installation process for interaction with engineers and developers of our team.
• Training: Providing comprehensive training to customers or end users on the operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of our IoT sensor products.

Duties after service:

• Device Survey: Conducting surveys of installed IoT sensor devices to address any reported issues or malfunctions.
• Reporting: Prepare accurate and clear reports detailing the results of device reviews and service issues for engagement and feedback to our hardware team.

Qualifications:

• Willingness (and legal ability) to travel to various locations within Ukraine for installation and maintenance.
• Proficiency in Ukrainian/English to communicate with our team.
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics and engineering drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.

Desired skills:

• Familiarity or experience with molds and manufacturing processes.
• Proven experience in installing and servicing IoT sensor products or related technical fields.
