Your Responsibilities -Present practical input for strategic technology decisions -Manage continuing support and provide system metrics for client facing products -Assign work to software engineering personnel and evaluate their performance -Assist with the recruitment of engineering personnel, technical staffing and project teams formation -Supervise reporting for independent software contractors, software engineers and outsourcing partners -Ensure software engineering personnel is suitably trained to perform all job functions and suitably use project and software related tools -Help address interpersonal conflicts among team members if necessary

-5+ years managing and scaling engineering teams -Technologist with exceptional people skills -Direct and define release management including planning, scheduling, test coordination and implementation -Hands-on experience with Java, Java Script, Cloud Technologies or Containerization -Ability to apply frameworks and methodologies such as Agile and SCRUM throughout a project’s lifecycle -Highly analytical thinker and strategic mindset -Project management experience and proficient communication skills -Learning agility and the ability to see the big picture
