Marla is a UK-based ocean tech startup founded by a team of computer and earth observation scientists with a mission to map water quality around world's oceans. Marla is set to revolutionise the future of ocean monitoring and forecasting technology, by leveraging the remote sensing capabilities of open-source satellites and AI, to create purpose-built ocean water quality mapping platforms and capabilities.      

Marla is looking for an experienced front-end engineer to help the team in developing and launching a consumer application.

• Work with the team of UX designer, backend and ML engineers to develop new features 

• Fully own front-end codebase and development cycle  

• Work remotely on a 3-6 month fixed-term contract
