YOUR MISSION GotPhoto and its amazing team enable thousands of volume photographers worldwide to sell photos online every day. With our Mission to digitize the volume photography industry successfully, we have the need for insights into our platform analytics as well as company processes. You are responsible for transparency from buying processes in our e-commerce shop, over the right best practices for each photographer, and finally the internal processes, such as our performance marketing setup and processes. YOUR ROLE As Head of Data you will be taking on the following challenges: Define the Data Strategy at GotPhoto/fotograf.de Initially ramp up our new data infrastructure You define how we extract, transform, analyze and present data at GotPhoto/fotograf.de Ensure that we develop a performant and reliable data platform and BI infrastructure Ensure the development of our data engineering, data science and data analytics Building the Data team at GotPhoto/fotograf.de You define the teams structure along your data strategy You will recruit the new team members Oversee the performance and career development of your team members Be Part of the Tech Leadership team Reporting directly to the CEO of GotPhoto/fotograf.de you will be part of the Tech Leadership team You will support the Management Team in Decision Making processes You will be a strategic partner to all C-Levels and Head at GotPhoto/fotograf.de
