Your mission:You will be exposed to all aspects of IT operations, including 1st level, 2nd level and 3rd level desktop support, migrating and managing IT systems, troubleshooting, etc within your first new month of Trainee program. As you progressed into your role, you will be introduced to deeper IT topics. Upon completion of your Trainee program, you would have a good understanding of our IT function. Overview of your responsibilities: Administration / Development / Monitoring of internal IT Landscape 1st, 2nd and 3rd Level IT Support Company’s Assets (Laptops, Software licences) Management Creation of User Accounts in diverse systems and provide further update Assisting in IT Projects and help to optimize internal processes Your profile: Bachelor degree in IT Experienced in 1st to 3rd level IT support in the form of internships or training - ideally in a mid -size business environment Excellent communication skills in English, German and ideally one other foreign language Confident Adaptable to changes Why us?
