Requirements: Fluent English is a MUST. 3+ years of experience. Leadership and communication skills. Extensive marketing experience, ideally from within the B2B sector. Excellent attention to detail, with experience in digital and email marketing. Ability to analyze and interpret data. Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines. Excellent resource investigator, an innovator, able to bring new thoughts and resources to the group. Social Media acumen with focus on LinkedIn. Creative communicator. Team player able to work in fast-paced environments, quick timelines, and changing priorities. Responsibilities: Marketing and content strategy development. Design, implementation and execution of all communication and marketing campaigns. Build brand awareness to generate sales leads. Create coherent brand messages across all communications and channels (primary LinkedIn). Work with relevant agencies and stakeholders to develop creative, innovative and effective advertising, collateral, sales tools and online assets. Develop and implement strategic partnerships with other companies to promote our products and services. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in hospitality. Measure impact and performance of marketing campaigns, provide feedback to senior executives. Keep up to date on hospitality industry trends, initiatives, and insight.
