It’s a part-time position, you can work with us in Hamburg or remotely.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provides actionable market and app user insights to address key strategic questions for future actions in app development and marketing.
- Responsible for tracking, reporting, and analyzing the performance of marketing activities, app user growth, and development/automation of regular reports.
- Makes cohort analysis, and prepares regular reports for investors.
- Analyzes external and internal user data using amplitude and firebase, database queries, spreadsheet (Excel) models, Python, web analytics tools (Google analytics), statistical analysis tools, and campaign management software tools.
- Provides insights and recommendations for further spending in Marketing campaigns and app user experiences.
- Analyzes A/B and Multivariate tests, and provides recommendations.
- Marketing and Product Analytics, LTV Predictions, A/B Testing, Churn Events Analysis, User Behavior, Ad hoc analytics, P&L.
- Advises and understands other marketing functions (user journey, online ads, brand, app development).
- Communicate actively with other team members in app development, user growth, and marketing to build the most applicable strategies.
The salary depends on the experience you have and working hours.
Qualifications / Skills:
- At least 1 year of work experience in marketing research, app marketing, statistical or data analysis with a can-do attitude.
- Experienced working with health tech/tech/app development industries.
- Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis.
- Excellent analytical skills and a high degree of business understanding.
- Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
- English is at a minimum B2 level.
