Developing digital products - As part of the agile product team, you will perform coding assignments automating chat and email channels of different units of PwC Germany and in the PwC Europe network.Chatbot development - As an experienced JavaScript developer, you enjoy testing different approaches and optimising the quality of our solution by refactoring older components. Agile product development - Together with the team, you enjoy building out the React based solution with regular client feedback but also refactor the existing code base over time. Towards T-shape - Keeping up with relevant tech stack developments with focus on React enables you to bring in new ideas but also coach other team members with different focus and eventually delegate tasks.

You have a strong interest in software development and extended your knowledge by a university degree, ideally in software development related fields. You have expertise in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, MaterialUI, HTML, CSS and have a toolkit that allows you to build various graphical products (logos, slides...) and bring professional experience in frontend development within a team. You are at home in JavaScript programming but are also keen to develop your knowledge in other related technologies used to build the product holistically: DevOps (Docker, Gitlab), BackEnd (Python, PostgreSQL). You feel comfortable coaching and mentoring junior developers on programming methodologies, clean code, testing, debugging and documentation. Breaking down large tasks into smaller items, delegating these and reviewing the results for style & functionality is second nature to you. You know what it takes to build an excellent and responsive UI in a data rich environment. You're looking for an environment where you can play to your strengths - but you're just as hands-on with everything else when time is tight. You are willing to learn quickly from mistakes and can quickly recognize wrong turns. We also expect you to have a good understanding of customers. Your English language skills are C1 minimum and ideally you bring some German skills / the willingness to improve your German in the near – midterm.
