YOUR ROLE IN OUR TEAM As Senior Venture Architect you deal with a broad range of strategical topics within the validation and ramp-up of new ventures: You support the ramp-up of the new venture through all means (venture strategy, business model, market & competitor analysis, potential partnerships, legal & IP topics, pricing strategy, business case, etc.). You present, evaluate, and select suitable business models and develop business plans. You identify, test, and validate critical hypotheses and assumptions. Based on our continuous sparring with customers, our UX Designers & Product Owners, you define and quantify customer value pools and design subsequent product ideas with well-defined USPs. You continuously monitor trends within the tech environment and assess them for their applicability within the manufacturing sector. You support our business areas in the areas of problem discovery and ideation and cooperate closely with strategic design, product development, customers, and partners to build significant products and businesses. You create convincing pitch decks. You lead the venture project from the creation of the idea until spin-off and beyond and are end-to-end responsible for its success. WHY US? YOUR PROFILE Business administration degree or similar and 5+ years of experience in strategy development/ implementation, and strategic business development in corporate setup or strategy consulting, ideally experience in a highly dynamic start-up environment. Distinct understanding of business management paired with expert knowledge of innovative business models. You communicate business fluent in English, further language skills would be a plus. Excellent ability to think strategically and creatively; Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills. Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and further business intelligence tools such as Power BI.
