Join our development team! What are your tasks? Your role will be to ensure high quality products and to proactively seek improvements on a continuous basis. The tasks can be roughly summarized into the following areas: • Planning and execution of software and system tests • Development and optimization of test processes • Development of automated test solutions • Analysis and tracking of errors The product areas can vary, starting with unit tests in product development, through regression tests to front-end tests. While manual tests are necessary in certain areas and at the beginning, our main focus is on automating as many tests as possible. What do you need for the job? In a nutshell: You enjoy troubleshooting and feel challenged to do so. In more detail: • Development is fun, but thorough review is just as important to you • Endless manual repetition of tasks is not your thing. Instead, you are regularly looking for solutions to save time and effort? Perfect! • You already have experience with different types of testing (unit, integration, system) • You like to work in a structured way and love to have and develop a plan • You can develop Python, ideally you also have some experience with Linux and using CLI tools on a shell • You have no fear of contact with Git • You enjoy working in a team • Good English skills; German is not a must, but a bonus • Completed training as an IT specialist or successful university studies or comparable experience in software development
