## About us Horizon65 is a mobile retirement investment advisor with the ambition to launch its' own digital pension fund. We are founded by an experienced fintech entrepreneur who previously built NoviCap into the biggest fintech lender in Spain and an experienced private client advisor. Our mobile app enables our clients to understand and plan their retirement investments. Clients are able to simulate potential investment strategies and understand the risks, rewards and adequacy of their proposed plans. We are a regulated entity headquartered in Berlin and are well-funded and revenue-generating. Our stack is Elixir and React-native We are both computer scientists and understand the value that great engineering can bring to the company. ## About you You are an ambitious engineer who is mathematically savvy and nurtures the challenge of building out the technology team here at Horizon65 together with us. You take great pride in delivering high quality work and are able to structure the codebase so that it is easier for other engineers to work with. You are familiar with functional languages and get frustrated when your tests take too long to run. You are eager to grow into an engineering management role but are still hands-on enough to go head-to-head with engineers on how to solve problems best.
