You will work closely with the product team and developers, and will accompany the product development team from start of the idea to implementation of same. Your Responsibilities Creating and managing diverse requirements; Designing the look and feel of our software products according to our company standards; Working with design and prototyping tools; Participate in software team meetings according to the software development process; You work on improvements to the user experience; You bring good knowledge of UI/UX to the company. Knowledge of DIN EN ISO standards and heuristics of user-centered development Requirements You are open, conscientious, and dare to challenge the status quo Portfolio highlighting multiple projects and your direct contributions; Ideally B2B examples Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. 3-8 years of relevant industry experience (UXR or Tech background is a plus); Ideally at least 1-2 years in B2B (otherwise they will quickly struggle with the environment) Excellent German skills (we expect that designers are also responsible for discovery; B2B customers are almost always German-speaking and have difficulties with English) Experience in User Interface Design and/or Application Interface Design; experience with something similar will of course also be considered. Experience collaborating with a team of Designers, Researchers, Engineers, Product Managers, and Executives throughout the design process; creating user flows, and wireframes, and building user interface mockups and prototypes. At least 1 year experience in a similar position; You keep a cool head when presenting, express yourself precisely and understandably and at the same time manage to entertain your audience You are able to process a lot of information, and you like to work with and improve complex systems to turn them into world-class products Very good knowledge of either German and English or both, written and spoken. Proficient in Figma and used to working with different brands and their design systems at the same time
