As part of our expansion, we are looking for somebody to start as soon as possible for the position of UX/UI Designer (m/f/d) to join our product team. Tasks: Contribute to building the vision of Golf Post in a close relationship with the Product Manager Developing new features for our growing community Continuously improving the user interface with the help of feedback from the community Use different exploratory tools and methods to identify real user problems. You will work closely with our research team to deep dive into your topics and conduct usability tests to validate your designs. Build smart, scalable and consistent end-to-end experiences Create design documentation and high fidelity prototypes for sharing your work with both new and informed stakeholders. Proven track record of designing UX on mobile and web applications You have already gained at least 2 years of professional experience as a UI/UX designer Strong creative mind always on the lookout to spontaneously suggest new projects & solutions Deep appreciation for elegant and thoughtful design with an obsession for details Experience with user research and product discovery techniques You embrace change, are able to take a step back, prioritize, and focus on added-value tasks Excellent communication in English and/or German You are humble, and you enjoy sharing & learning from others
