Explore your tasks and responsibilities Coordination of subcontractors, ensuring quality on the construction site Coordination of the construction site, procedures and work processes Control and review of construction progress Ensuring compliance with work safety regulations Checking and approval of measurements Organization of daily coordination meetings and work schedules Participation in site inspections and acceptance tests Defect recording and tracking

Show your expertise Successfully completed studies in the field of construction engineering or management, or studies in the field of building services/utility engineering, preferably also training as a master craftsman or technician Experience as a construction manager in investment projects or relevant professional experience in the specialist discipline Professional experience in construction management or project management Good knowledge of construction law, VOB, rules and technology Good MS-Office skills Fluent German and English, both written and spoken High willingness to travel Ability to work in a team, initiative and commitment as well as a high degree of flexibility
