Qualifications / Skills: -Experience in building management services engineering – electrical engineering -CAD knowledge (Trimble Nova/Autodesk Revit) -CAD scheme knowledge -Tender software knowledge -MS-Office knowledge -English Communication skills and team spirit -Initiative and motivated personality, ability to work under pressure and willingness for continuous development
