We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Consultant (m/f/d) to join our Productivity Excellence Practice Area and support us on a broad range of resilience projects of different scope and complexity. You will review, design, implement and maintain resilience programs in Operating Entities and facilitate the handling of operational risks in various domains/ safeguarding functions such as Business Continuity Management. Key Responsibilities Complete assignments under the guidance of an Engagement Manager, including project deadlines and deliverables, troubleshooting and problem resolution, conflict management, client and stakeholder management and all other relevant aspects of the assignments Analyze customer needs and develop innovative concepts for BCM or Resilience topics Drive BCM lifecycle activities (business impact analysis, risk assessments, recovery strategy & planning, testing support, or general resilience program implementation) according to the defined project plan Contribute to the day-to-day operations of the assigned tasks General contribution to Allianz Consulting and to pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager Ensure development of colleagues via mentoring and training Key Requirements/Skills/Experience University degree or equivalent experience Operational business experience for at least one year with a focus on Business Continuity Management (BCM), Disaster Recovery Planning, Operational Risk Management and/or Resilience Excellent communication skills Analytical and problem-solving skills, conceptual and implementation experience Experience in project management Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office including MS Excel (perform complex functions) Fluency in written and spoken English Desired requirements /skills /experience International work experience (min. 6 months) Experience in change management, quality management, integration and re-organization Consulting experience Fluency in any other languages will help you better build your network Insurance or financial business experience or knowledge
