The Data Science team within the Data Practice is the focal point of Ziegert Group’s strategy to maximize the value of real estate, by digitizing all aspects of the real estate value chain.By extracting value from data traditionally unavailable or unused, and by deploying machine learning and natural language processing, the data science team provides valuable output that steers the direction of the real estate development arm of the company, as well as all sales activities, both traditional and digital.

- 4+ years of experience working in Data Science with upper-tier experience using ML frameworks and models, large-scale data analysis, data modelling, algorithm design, and AI. - A hands-on individual contributor, capable of cooperating with various teams, businesses, and IT, in an agile environment. - Solid skills with programming and data visualisation tools like Python, SQL, R, Tableau, MS Excel VBA, etc. - An excellent level of written and verbal English and professional proficiency in German is essential.

- Background of working in a start-up/ B2C platform/ real estate/ investment company in an Agile environment - Right to work in Germany (EU/EEA/Swiss citizenship or BlueCard)
