1.1 The following Data Privacy Notice is issued by UA Talents, [address], (subsequently referred to as “we”, “us” and “our”). Through our job platform we connect employers with Ukrainian candidates who are looking for a job (our “Service”). On our platform companies from all over Europe (“Employers”) can advertise their job openings to people from Ukraine who have lost their employment due to the war (“Candidates”). Our core mission is that displaced people from and within Ukraine can quickly find employment in their new homes or through remote working arrangements.

1.2 This Notice is addressed to individuals outside our organisation with whom we interact, including visitors to our platform, Employers, Candidates, donors, beneficiaries and other interested parties (together, “you”).

1.3 This Notice may be amended or updated from time to time to reflect changes in our practices with respect to the Processing of Personal Data, or changes in applicable law. We always indicate the date the last changes were published.

II. Scope of the Notice

2.1 This Notice sets forth our Privacy Policy and practices that apply to the data we collect, process and use via our platform. It is designed to help you understand what data we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. Defined terms used in this Notice are explained in Section 15 below.

2.2 Our site may contain links to other websites that are not operated by us. This Policy only applies to our website and does not apply to third-party sources, services, or interactions between the clients and employers on www.uatalents.com. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party websites. Third-party websites are therefore not a part of UA Talents in any way, and we imply no affiliation or endorsement by referencing them. We expressly disclaim any responsibility for any third- party content presented on the website or the platform.

2.3 UA Talents is not intended for use by minors, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Data from minors – in case such data is collected by accident, it shall be deleted immediately.

III. Responsibilities and Data Controller

IV. Collection of Personal Data

4.1 We collect or obtain Personal Data about you from the following sources. 

• Data provided to us: We obtain Personal Data when those data are provided to us. This includes where you contact us via our platform, email, telephone or by any other means, when you provide us with your business information or when you use our Service.
• Relationship data: We collect or obtain Personal Data in the ordinary course of our relationship with you.
• Data you make public: We collect or obtain Personal Data that you manifestly choose to make public, including via social media (e.g., we may collect information from your social media profile(s), if you make a public post about us).
• Site data: We collect or obtain Personal Data when you visit any of our websites or use any features or resources available on or through a website.
• Third party information: We collect or obtain Personal Data from third parties who provide it to us (e.g. your employer or information from companies, which you have provided to them).

V. Creation of Personal Data

We also create Personal Data about you in certain circumstances, such as records of your interactions with us, and details of your past interactions with us.

VI. Categories of Personal Data we Process

6.1 The Personal Data we collect and process may include:

• Employer Data: name; surname; business phone number; business email address; profile image.
  
  These data points are collected while interacting with the platform so both Candidates and our team can communicate with the responsible person on the Employer side regarding his/her account, active applications and hiring process at the Employer via email or phone. Moreover, the data is as well collected when recruiters post requests regarding placing the employer jobs or accessing talent pools. We also use the data to communicate with employer representatives. We may as well send rare surveys or platform updates that list milestones achieved and recent features added that might be valuable for the recruiter given posted jobs at the platform or request to answer questions related to the hiring experience including but not limited to the UAT platform.
• Candidate Data: name; surname; phone number; email address; CV; educational record; previous employment record; your interests in certain job openings; interviewing information; language preferences; social media accounts; profile image. 
  
  The data is collected at the platform level so both Employers, their recruiters, our recruiters can identify whether the Candidate is a good fit for certain role and communicate with him/her with regards to the available positions and his/her applications. We also use the date to communicate with Candidates via email with regard to platform updates. Also, we may reach out to Candidates with surveys or requests for feedback on the platform functionality.
• Account information: username; account number; login credentials. 
• Online Presence Data: Links to your public account pages at social media websites, links to personal websites, and other online materials related to you.
• Consent records: records of any consents you have given, together with the date and time, means of consent and any related information (e.g., the subject matter of the consent).
• Data relating to our websites: Device type; i.e. clicks, scrolls, impressions when hovering over an area, traffic, and navigation, as well as with which pages or products these interactions occur, operating system; browser type; browser settings; language settings; dates and times of connecting to a Site.
• Device information: IP address/Device ID, user agent, location.
• Personal Data of minors: We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from minors – in case such data is collected by accident, it shall be deleted immediately.

The purposes for which we Process Personal Data, subject to applicable law, and the legal bases on which we perform such Processing, are as follows:

Your information may be retained for longer periods for reporting or record- keeping in accordance with applicable laws. Information which does not identify you personally may be stored indefinitely.

• Providing and maintaining our Service, as well as monitoring the usage of our Service.
• For other purposes. UAtalents UG will use your information for data analysis to identify usage trends or determine the effective of our marketing campaigns when reasonable. We will use your information to evaluate and improve our Service, products, services, and marketing efforts.
• Managing your account. Your Personal Data can enable access to multiple functions of our Service that are available to registered users.
• For the performance of a contract. Your Personal Data will assist with the development, undertaking, and compliance of a purchase contract for products or services you have purchased through our Service.
