Having successfully closed investments of 156 MW Solar PV portfolio, we aim to continue growing our platform in the region. We are looking for a strong candidate to support our HR function in Vienna.
Key Responsibilities
Design and constantly improve existing HR processes
Handle full-cycle of recruitment efforts together with Enery teams across CEE
Support optimization regarding daily HR activities
Personnel administration (creation of contracts, classifications, confirmations, references, administration of entries and exits)
Communication with Public authorities and administration of working permits
Preparation of internal reports
Design performance review evaluation process
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal responsibilities
Act as the point of contact for general questions concerning Austrian labour law
Requirements
HR Generalist with 3+ years of experience in Austria
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
Solid knowledge of Austrian Labour law
Good Knowledge of accounting, data and administrative management practices and procedures
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
Self- starter and proactive personality
Fluency in German and English is essential, knowledge of other CEE languages is a plus
Flexible, open-minded and enthusiastic team player with an international mindset
Solid knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Power-Point
Enthusiastic about renewable energy
