We are vly - a Berlin-based FoodTech startup with the mission to accelerate the transition from animal to plant protein. We believe in a world where food makes humans thrive and hence our goal is to create the healthiest dairy alternatives - without compromising on taste. After years of R&D, we've launched our first product line in January 2020 and were overwhelmed with the success of our milk alternative based on pea protein. Today, we've sold over 5 million liters of milk alternatives, partnered with companies such as Tetra Pak, SIG, and the Fraunhofer Institute. Along the way, we've submitted patents, won research grants, and took the first steps in creating a world-class product team. As a Talent Acquisition Manager (f/m/d), your mission will be to attract and hire bar-raising talent as well as to constantly improve the way we hire at vly. Your Role: - Own the end-to-end recruiting process for various Business and R&D positions. Kick-off meetings, Process automation, Active Sourcing beyond Linkedin, pitching Top Talent, high-quality selection, and co-interviewing. - Have a sharp eye for TA aspects regarding speed, quality, and costs. Constantly and proactively improve our approach to hiring. - Become the most trusted recruiter to work with and help your stakeholders in constantly becoming better hiring managers, interviewers, and decision-makers. - Run process improvements as well as employer branding initiatives. - Stay current on industry trends and share relevant insights on the talent market with your stakeholders. - You are passionate and curious about Talent Acquisition. You are even nerdy about this topic :) - You have 2+ years of experience related to full-cycle, in-house recruiting including active sourcing. - You have a track record of working with leadership members. You are emotionally intelligent to drive best-possible decisions, are able to advise with competence, to instill a hiring mindset, and to earn trust with honesty. - You are excited about startups and able to thrive within one. You are resilient, self-organized, and proactive. - Your German and English language skills are fluent, ideally both at C1 ... Plus, you speak native "Honestish" ;-)
