About Mirakl Labs Our technical and product teams, known as Mirakl Labs, are primarily located in our two hubs in Paris and Bordeaux. They work together on a daily basis to address the issues of our customers and users by responding to various challenges related to new features, scalability, security and ergonomics... They operate in agile mode and are organized in squads composed of a Squad Lead, 5 developers, a Product Manager and a QA. About the job As a Product Designer, you will work closely with other designers, product managers and developers to make complex concepts related to marketplace management and e-commerce simple and intuitive. You bring a real spirit of ownership to your approach to the product and can be in charge of the entire design process. You base your work on the main principles of user-centric design, and apply your experience in user journey design and interaction design. Our tools Figma, Adobe CC On a daily basis, you will: Work with the Product Management team to understand the context, challenges and user needs for the development and optimization of our platform Collaborate closely with PMs and other Designers on the team at each step of the design process for which you will be responsible: research, sketch, wireframe, UI Design, prototyping, solution presentation Test your design with users and integrate user feedback into your designs Facilitate co-creation workshops with the different teams to help find the best solutions to complex problems you will have to solve Monitor the development and integration of features to ensure design quality and consistency Contribute to the improvement and development of our Design System

You will like this job if you have: - 3-5 years of experience in user experience design (software, web and mobile applications). Previous experience in B2B back office design would be a plus - Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch etc.) - Very good team spirit and open-mindedness, you know how to defend your ideas but also question your suggestions - An entrepreneurial spirit, you take ownership of the product and work with passion to surpass yourself on a daily basis - Solid knowledge of user-centered design methodologies, previous experience in User Research would be a plus - Good level of French and/or English - Good sense of humor, respect and kindness - Knowledge of integration technologies (Html/Css/Javascript) and web interface development constraints (standards, multi-media and best-practices) would be highly appreciated
