Requirements:- 2+ years of proven working experience in Marketing/Tech related sphere on a position of Product Manager;
- Experience in internal product analytics: analysis and optimization of funnels, analysis of function performance, regular monitoring of product KPIs;
- Experience working with relational databases and using basic SQL for analytics;
- Experience in setting tasks for tech/analytics/design teams;
- Strong background in planing and allocating resources of the development team, maintaining product backlog;
- Experience with customer development;
- Both written and oral knowledge of English (Advanced or fluent);
- A solid work ethic with the self-motivation needed to exceed expectations;
- The ability to work with large amounts of data;
- People Management skills;
- Strategic structural thinking;
Responsibilities:
-Develop scalable product-led growth strategies for customer conversion, activation, and retention;
-Identify and implement compelling product experiments from ideation to launch;
-Internal analysis of the product (analysis and optimization of funnels, analysis of performance of functions, regular monitoring of KPI of the product);
- Design, conduct and evaluate product experiments that solve business problems;
- Set team goals and lead the team to achieve them;
- Work closely with Marketing Department on tracking and analyzing current metrics to develop new hypothesis grounded in improving conversions;
- Use behavioral data and customer insights to understand where we have the best opportunities to improve conversion rates in our product and website;
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices for testing and personalization;
- Close cooperation with the CEO and CMO of the company and other departments to achieve maximum efficiency.
