Then you came to the right place. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our Central and Easter European Sales team! As an SDR, you are the first point of contact for customers. You are responsible to start new relationships with interested clients from countries such as Lithuania and Poland all the way south to Bulgaria and Turkey to identify their problems and convince them of our solution.

What you do with us:
Take full responsibility for our Easter European Customer pipeline from lead generation and prospecting to initial sales conversations or meetings
Identify additional sales opportunities and manage relationships with customers
Collaborate with the broader sales team to shape and refine the company’s lead generation playbook
Help customers achieve maximum success along their lifetime journey
Communicate with all levels of the organization to transfer customer insights into actionable tasks
Your profile:
2 years of experience in B2B sales, sales development, business development or a similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and a Easter European language
You feel comfortable in customer meetings and have the ability to captivate people
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
You are curious, can quickly get excited about new things and have the ambition to continuously improve and develop yourself further
