Our Supply Chain Management team focuses their work on planning and keeping healthy inventory levels as well as optimizing our processes, to ensure that we provide our flaconi customers with their favorite products in the fastest, most efficient way possible. Our team, with currently five colleagues, is looking for a new colleague with strong analytical skills, extensive experience in SCM and doing forecasting models. Your role You create and execute the Operations and Supply Chain strategic roadmap by applying a structured methodology in close collaboration with the business Operations and Supply Chain Leadership Teams; As one of the main responsibilities within this role, you identify and contribute to the continuous business process improvements by developing and implementing strategic initiatives within the market network; Taking ownership and maintaining an overview of the progress on the overall program and projects’ status; Also, you oversee the strategy deployment process, providing advisory and consulting service to our internal stakeholders to facilitate the successful delivery of projects; Using your knowledge and expertise within the supply chain and operations sector, you drive digital innovations, operational sustainability as well as organization L&D Furthermore, you collaborate with the Category and Inventory teams and other relevant business leaders for supply planning initiatives to improve the customer experience. A successfully completed degree in Business or a similar field, with a focus on Supply Chain management; 5+ years of relevant professional experience in supply chain planning/controlling, inventory management or similar; Ideally, you have gathered experience in Operations/Supply Chain Consulting at a top tier Consulting firm ; You are familiar with continuously working on improving processes; Experience of leading supply chain transformation, PMO in a Retail or e-commerce business; You enjoy working in a fast-paced technology and data driven business environment; Excellent communication skills combined with a cross-functional mindset.
