For our Munich office, we are looking for an AUTOMOTIVE System / Requirement Engineer to join our growing team of experts to support broad activities related to our Automotive Embedded Software Development activities. Your Responsibilities: derive, specify and revise requirements according to change requests and updates needed by the customer verification and consistency checks for requirements creation and customization of system architecture to match the newly created or updated requirements maintain traceability of the requirements for the entire development cycle according to A-SPICE. Process & Documentation in accordance with ASPICE SYS & SWE processes (Mandatory: SYS.2, SYS.3, SWE.1) and ISO-26262 Conception Processes Phase (FTA & FMEA Experience) Requirements analysis / elicitation / creation / rework according to the industry standards Modelling System Architecture Awareness of ISO-26262 Conception Processes (Safety Analysis / ASIL Classification of Requirements) Requirements Linkage / Traceability (SRS and Test Plan) Technical Reviews & Documentation (adhering to ASPICE viz. SUP.4, SUP.7 and SUP.8) Personal skills Well-developed team working and communication skills A high degree of independence, creativity, personal initiative, perseverance and resilience Solution and goal-oriented way of working strong analytical and problem-solving skills - having fun in facing challenges High level of commitment, willingness to learn and quick comprehension Please note that do not support work permit and visa applications for Germany - candidates eligible must already be located in Germany.

Requirements At least 3-5 years of experience in Automotive Requirements analysis and system architecture in one of the below areas: Experience in deriving and verifying requirements, customer requirements elicitation (SYS.1) and system requirements analysis (SYS.2) Basic experience in configuration management methods (SUP.8) Experience in System Architectural Design (SYS.3) Experience in deriving software requirements (SWE.1) Experience in FTA / FMEA methods Experience with AUTOSAR development (SwC/CDD/BSW development or configuration and integration) Good knowledge of AUTOSAR tools and configuration tools like IBM DOORS, IBM Rhapsody. Knowledge in the following areas: Diagnostics (DIAG)– UDS, OBD, J1979 Communication(COM) : CAN, ETH, SOME/IP Memory management Operating system - AUTOSAR OS (Nice to have - OSEK OS ) Microcontroller drivers (MCAL) Knowledge of IS26262 – automotive safety – ASIL levels Knowledge of MISRA-C standard Know-How of SVN and Git
