As of spring 2022 we manage 17 units in San Francisco (130 rooms) and provide furnished rental for young professionals. www.hacknsleep.com Job description: As a key member of our team, you will establish good knowledge of our product and will provide recommendations regarding current business processes, operations and abroad expansion. By partnering with clients (internal and external), you will create collaborative relationships that provide an extremely high level of care. You will work on successful American company from Silicon Valley. Responsibilities Assist in developing and implementing plans and goals for the department Work with the director to coordinate and supervise daily operations. Monitor attainment of objectives. Maintains files and records as requested. Recordkeeping responsibilities may include overseeing and maintaining files of applications, interviews, offer letters and rejections, employee files, and evaluation dates. Creates and manages the annual calendar of activities and special events. Create reports and submit them to the director or other executives. Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and partners by understanding focus and needs, and anticipating them in advance. Support and solve problems for clients by understanding and exceeding their expectations. Coordinate internal and external communication to expedite problem solving. Manage communication between clients and internal departments within the business. Develop and implement sales processes and system for client communication, reporting and retention The Assistant Director will provide administrative support to the Executive Director (or other assigned director or executive-level staff) Fulfill duties as assigned by the director

Requirements and skills Proven experience as assistant director or other similar position. Experience in performance and operations management. Knowledge of relevant regulations and quality standards. Proficient in MS Office, relational databases and software (e.g. ERP/ CRM).Excellent analytical skills, ability to interpret information, identify and analyze problems, Ability to handle established deadlines and prioritize work in a fast-paced.
