We are looking for a motivated Consultant (m/f/d) to join our Productivity Excellence Practice Area and support us on a broad range of international projects. Are you interested in driving transformation initiatives for a global player? Do you have first experience in consulting and/ or financial services operations (e.g. P&C insurance, life insurance, reinsurance, asset management or shared services)? Then this job is for you! Key responsibilities Complete all assignments under the guidance of an Engagement / Project Manager, including all project deadlines and deliverables, troubleshooting and problem resolution, conflict management, client and stakeholder management and all other relevant aspects of the assignments Analyze customer needs and develop innovative concepts to best serve them Contribute to pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager Provide consulting support to existing clients while ensuring effective and efficient key account management Contribute to the day-to-day operations of the assigned tasks until completion Discuss with the Engagement Manager ideas of possible future client needs that may lead to projects General contribution to Allianz Consulting Key requirements /skills /experience Qualification, Certification and Experiences University Degree Operational business (ideally in the area of financial services) and/or consultancy experience for more than 1 year Experience in project- and program management methods and techniques, process development and continuous improvement High attendance to learn and develop Strong team player with high assertiveness and ability to work under pressure Analytical and problem-solving skills, conceptual and implementation experience Communication, presentation, sales, and conflict management skills Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office Fluent in written and spoken English Desired requirements /skills /experience Basic experience in change management, quality management, integration, and re-organization Basic insurance business experience International work experience
