About The Role We are looking for a Digital Designer who brings to life our direct propositions across our owned digital channels and execute our presence in controlled and 3rd party environments. Reporting locally to the senior project manager of the local hub, you’ll work closely with a team of creatives from the European Centre of Excellence (CoE) and with Creative team at Group/headquarter to design memorable experiences that engage our audiences at any touchpoint in their Dyson journey. Tasks: - Localize existing artwork 2D and 3D creations to support DACH region’s marketing activities; - Create digital assets including HTML 5 banner; - Artwork of co-branded / retailer specific materials (DOOH + OOH); - Create local video content incl. editing; - Operating as Dyson brand guardian within the markets; - Ensure all work is aligned to Dyson values and follows guidelines; - Develop creative concepts that align with strategy & creative briefs, media opportunities, technical specifications, production plans;

About you: - University degree in fine art, graphic design, or similar discipline; - 8+ years as a professional digital graphic designer with 4+ years’ experience as part of an integrated design team; - Proficiency with design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, HTML 5 banners (UI Design) + UX Design Fluent in German and English (daily communication in both languages); - Extended video production/video editing experiences; - Advanced digital background; - Strong organizational and time management skills; - Natural team player, propensity to push and explore ideas beyond the norm; - Understanding of how digital creative connects to other media channels and forms a complete customer experience; - Experience in expressing ideas formally and informally to peers and stakeholders.
