Office CommunicationClerk (m/f/d) in Germany (Hessen)

You are responsible for general and transport-specific administration in  transport and logistics company.

Your tasks:

·        Processing of incoming and outgoing correspondence

·        Creation and control of freight invoices

·        Order review and entry as well as post-processing

·        Processing of reclamations and returns

·        Freight documentation control (freight documents, delivery and pallet notes, etc.)

·        Create reports

·        Communication with the clients and partners

 Your qualifications:

·        Training in Management, Economy or a comparable qualification

·        Professional experience in the commercial sector, ideally in a transport company

·        Handling of MS Office applications, ideally with a transport programs

·        Very good organizational and planning skills as well as independent way of working
