You will join our Talent Acquisition team which is responsible for identifying, recruiting, and bringing aboard the best talent to move arculus forward. You will get an opportunity to join us during the exciting stage of arculus history - becoming a part of Jungheinrich AG and scaling the tech teams. You will be a part of our Munich office with hybrid working culture. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the full-cycle recruiting process within our tech functions, keep a strong pipeline and manage the interview schedule. Generate candidate pipelines leveraging a spectrum of channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, Referrals, Open-Web Sourcing etc.). Develop creative strategies to convert passive leads to active candidates Sell, negotiate with, and ultimately sign candidates Sync regularly with managers to go over the pipeline, qualify new requirements, and troubleshoot any friction points within the recruiting funnel Partner with the tech functions to deeply understand their hiring needs and proactively building up and taking care of talent pools Provide a delightful experience to every candidate, regardless of hiring outcome

2-5 years of experience in recruiting in fast paced environment Ability and drive to push traditional recruiting practices by exploring new tools for sourcing and outreach Willingness to get the big pictire, grasping market landscape and coming up with proactive sourcing strategies Interest in tech, robotics, industrial automation Natural drive and curiosity Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, empathy and willingness to grow Fluent English
