Senior Technical (IT) Talent Acquisition Specialist Location: Thailand - Bangkok or Phuket island The job can choose to be based in either our headquarter in Bangkok or our brand new office in Phuket, an internationally renowned island with pristine beaches and clear water with warm weather year-round. Your team: You will join the Amity Talent Acquisition team who is full of people passionate about recruiting and our candidate/employee experience. You will work closely with international colleagues across different departments in a supportive and fast-paced start-up-like environment. Your impact: You will be a senior member of the Amity Talent Acquisition team - the engine behind Amity’s growth. In this role, you will report to the Global Talent Acquisition Lead and you will have the opportunity to manage more junior TA team members. You will represent Amity throughout the whole recruitment process and ensure the best hiring experience possible for both the candidates and our hiring teams.

- Business fluent English language skills (both verbal and written) - Business fluent Russian language skills (both verbal and written) - 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in the IT/software and experience of building recruitment strategies and talent pipelines

- Experience and ability recruiting at pace in a (hyper)scaling environment - Experience with scouting and hiring international talent - Target-oriented, results driven, and a driven workstyle with a problem-solving attitude
